Cloth or Not???

A dear friend of mine graciously passed all of her bumGenius cloth diapers down to me. To say I was floored is an understatement!  I was sharing with her how I wanted to give cloth a try, but knowing my personality Kevin and I were scared to invest that large $$$ amount into something that I might not remain consistent.  While admitting the fear that we sensed was correct, the times I do use these cloth diapers are great. I have no complaints at all. Why then do I not use them 100% of the time? Not sure. You never know, one day I might wake up and no longer use disposable diapers!

Logan seems to enjoy them and he even has the
cutest little behind when he wears them!

Snap Shots of March and April

Kevin has been asking me daily to sit down and spend time on our family blog.  I thought I would take some time today, while visiting my mom, to make his little heart happy. There are a few pictures that I took in March and April that I can’t bring myself to skip over.  Before I move forward and share all that has been keeping us busy, this last month, you must glance over a few of my favorites!

 Look at that grip!

Logan just can't seem to get enough of his fingers. I never
knew that a white onesie cold be so darn CUTE!

This ball has been one of Logan's favorite toys. He can hold it
and chew on it with no problem at all!

Tummy time is getting a bit more fun!

BATH TIME!  How can you not love the smell of
a baby right after bath time!

Putting Logan to bed is always a special
time for the both of us.  Daddy especially
soaks up this time with Logan.

Not too sure about this tie thing???

Visit daddy at work day! Daddy glowed as
he showed Logan off to everyone at work.

Logan is starting to give us more and more smiles. His
smiles light up our home!

If Kevin has anything to do with it, this kid
will be a huge StarWars fan!

We took Logan to Lark Toys to celebrate one of his
friends 1st birthday!

He melts our hearts each and every day!

It is hard work watching mommy in the
kitchen.

Sometimes you do whatcha gotta do! Yes, Logan
fell asleep in his high chair and we moved his chair to
his room for him to sleep. One of those days!

Logan's 1st sickness. Doctor says it was a viral
infection, which ended up lasting 6 weeks.

This boy thoroughly enjoys looking outdoors. I take this as a sign
that we need to get out more!

Babies feet are the cutest!

Our Family Wall

As I was cleaning house yesterday, I stopped and starred at this wall for a long moment.  I thought to myself how special this wall has become in our home.  It will be changing as our family grows and as we live our lives together. I am hoping after Mother’s Day we will be rearranging our wall and adding a special project Kevin has been designing.  This is just my assumption as he has not mentioned any details! One thing I do know is that we will be updating our family pictures and this excites me.  The little things like this wall are what help make our house our home!
