Our Boy at Six Months Old

New Life gave our family such a special opportunity this year. Back in June we were asked to be a part of a photo shoot with Katelyn, Logan’s birth mom.  Each year New Life rounds up families that have adopted through their agency for a photo shoot.  These real life family photos are used for their website and brochures.  We told New Life we would love to be a part of this and the timing just so happened to fall right in line for Logan’s 6 month pictures! I am finally getting around to posting these pictures and it is already time to get Logan's 9 month pictures made. Time sure does fly when you are having a fun summer!

This will be a special picture for Logan one day!

Had to Share

These pictures that I took of Logan, back in July, had to make it in our family album! Sometimes it is the everyday life pictures that I take around our house that have the most meaning.  I can think back to these specific days and remember the laughs and giggles Logan gave me as we enjoyed our day together.  There is no other way I would rather spend my days then hanging at home with my boy!

Knows What He Wants

Our little guy is starting to show the 1st signs of independence. This morning while feeding Logan breakfast he snatched the spoon right out of my hand and in his mouth it went. Took me by surprise! Of course I did not have the camera around.  You can bet the camera was all ready to go at dinner time.   He still has a long way to go before he can actually feed himself, but he sure knows what he wants!

A Summer Day at Oxbow

Kevin, Logan, and I met up with the Yager family to enjoy a summer day at Oxbow.   We spent a few hours  walking around and chatting while the kiddos enjoyed looking at all the animals.  It was the perfect outing to enjoy as a family.  After seeing all the animals it was time for a picnic lunch.  We had a nice breeze, fresh food, and some good laughs!
