Update #4 - Just got off the phone with the surgeon and praise God there was no other signs of cancer. The surgeon was able to keep the right ovary, but the left was covered with Endo so it was removed. They also completed the full Hysterectomy and were able to leave the bladder alone as there was no other signs of cancer. She is currently in recovery and doing well!
Thank you everyone again for all the prayers, we really could not have gotten any better news.
